Product Manager

About the Role

SocialPilot is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a collaborative cross-functional team across UI/UX designers, engineering, marketing, and customer success. This role is focused on our Online Reputation & Listings Management product line, combining 0→1 product building with the operating maturity of a profitable SaaS business. You’ll solve customer problems, improve core product experiences, and explore thoughtful uses of AI where it adds real value.

This role is full-time, remote in India, and might require occasional domestic and international travel.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and user research to guide product strategy
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, user-centric product experiences
• Partner with engineering to translate product ideas into seamless, high-performing capabilities
• Work with marketing to strategize and execute go-to-market and feature adoption plans
• Author clear, detailed product briefs and specs that align with business and user goals
• Define success metrics, run experiments, and use analytics to iterate and improve
• Contribute to product discovery and execution for our Online Reputation & Listings Management platform
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve customer outcomes through thoughtful use of AI and automation

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product management at a SaaS company
• Proven success in building and scaling at least one product or multiple impactful features
• Experience conducting user interviews and turning insights into actionable plans
• Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles, experience with Figma is a big plus
• Excellent communication and spec-writing skills, you clearly define the what, why, and how
• Technical fluency to effectively partner with engineering teams
• Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and data-driven environment

Bonus Points

• Experience with 0→1 product journeys
• Familiarity with social media or marketing technology products
• Experience with reviews, customer feedback, listings, or reputation management products
• Exposure to AI-assisted SaaS workflows or automation features
