Talent Acquisition Associate

Full Time | Remote | Entry Level

SocialPilot is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to building impactful SaaS products in the Martech space that resonate with our customers. You will work within a highly collaborative environment alongside cross-functional teams, including UX and UI designers, product managers, engineers, customer success managers, and marketing managers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our creative process and innovation.

What you will do

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles
  • Maintaining a healthy talent pipeline for all our open positions
  • Sourcing potential candidates on platforms, like Naukri, LinkedIn, CutShort, Angellist, etc.
  • Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Posting jobs to our internal website and external job boards
  • Coordinating with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Promoting company’s reputation as a great place to work

What are you like

  • 1-2 years of overall experience with at least 6+ months of experience in sourcing for a high growth tech organization
  • Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and internet data mining and recruiting techniques such as search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, and other online networking communities
  • Ability to contact & engage candidates over the phone
  • Analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Basic understanding of ATS
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong team focus and the ability to excel in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
