Performance Marketing Manager

Full Time | Remote | Experienced

SocialPilot is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. You will use paid marketing channels such as Google, Meta and other networks to drive signups for SocialPilot and upgrades for SocialPilot. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, product managers and Senior Marketing Managers to lead paid user acquisition for U.S geography.

This role is full-time, based in Ahmedabad, and might require occasional domestic and international travel.

What you will do

  • Lead paid marketing user acquisition across all channels including Google, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Bing, YouTube, Reddit etc. & campaigns on G2Crowd, Capterra, etc.,
  • Managing performance ad campaigns across search, display, and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis, and testing of keyword performance
  • Ensuring successful campaigns, managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPIs
  • Optimizing campaigns, monitoring performance of all the key growth metrics on a daily/weekly basis and presenting it to the leadership periodically to deliver the best return on investment.
  • Own creative ads and ad copy, testing different messaging, targeting and landing pages to ensure campaigns are performing optimally.
  • Run A/B testing across ads, landing pages, messaging & copy.
  • Deep dive into metrics and provide actionable insights for management on key performance metrics like CPC, CPI, Cost per Upgrade etc.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in paid advertising campaigns, majorly in the Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter Ads
  • Prior experience in Performance marketing in the B2B/ SaaS setup in the US markets
  • Experience identifying target audiences and devising effective campaign strategies across networks to ensure campaign success.
  • Should be able to manage budgets (50-100k USD per month or higher), optimize cost per lead, recommend paid platforms and channels, and should be able to work with the team on landing page and conversions
  • Ability to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel and ability to troubleshoot campaign tracking issues
  • Hands-on experience in Google Editor, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
