Manager-Inbound Marketing

Full Time | Remote | Manager/Supervisor

SocialPilot is looking for someone who knows how to bring the right audience to the right page of the website and nurture them from there using various inbound marketing activities. You will be part of a highly collaborative group of creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional product teams, including UX and UI designers, product managers, engineers, customer success managers, and marketing managers.

This role is full-time, remote in India, and might require occasional domestic and international travel.

What you will do

  •  Create and execute inbound marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on content, SEO, email, and social media.
  • Measuring and reporting on inbound marketing campaign performance.
  • Developing new growth initiatives.
  • Develop and manage a content strategy, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and other assets to attract and engage target audiences. 
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and other relevant channels. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports on key metrics.

What are you like

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, major experience working SaaS companies targeting small and medium sized enterprises
  • Must have solid understanding of Inbound Marketing
  • Expert-level understanding of content marketing and SEO. Must understand different formats of content, starting from short-form content (social media posts, web copies, etc.) to long-form content (blogs, articles, e-books, white papers, case studies, etc.)
  • Should be able to strategies the 360 degree marketing campaigns and execute it efficiently to reach the target audience from multiple platforms and channels.
  • Prior hands on experience working on performance marketing activities
  • Ability to understand the importance of branding and should be able to build strategic campaign around it
  • Must have experience in evaluating team performance based on their KRA/KPI, guide & motivate them to achieve the same
  • Ability to lead a team of 10+ people, mentor them time to time and grow the team eventually
  • Must be able to communicate well and work with cross functional teams
