Growth Marketer

Full Time | Remote | Experienced

SocialPilot is on the lookout for someone who will be responsible for owning and implementing end-to-end strategies to improve the conversion rates from our website and marketing campaigns across different paid and organic channels.

The ideal candidate would use a data-driven approach to identify areas of improvement, design and execute structured experiments on a regular basis, and develop a robust CRO process to scale the efforts.

This role is full-time - Remote, India

What You Will Do

  • Analyze marketing, product, and revenue data to surface insights, identify opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Build on-demand reports and analyses covering funnel performance, cohort behavior, campaign performance, and partnership tracking.
  • Design and run A/B, split, and multivariate experiments across landing pages, signup flows, pricing, onboarding, chatbots, pop-ups, and lifecycle emails.
  • Use AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, experimentation, and day-to-day marketing workflows.
  • Explore growth opportunities across the funnel and GTM motion. Bring back hypotheses backed by data.
  • Support affiliate and partnership initiatives, including performance tracking, partner reviews, and program improvements.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, developers, SEO, paid, content, and product marketing teams to scope and ship experiments without becoming a bottleneck.
  • Maintain a clear backlog of experiments and opportunities tied to KPIs.
  • Produce crisp deliverables, including experiment briefs, opportunity memos, weekly and monthly reports, and insight decks.


What You Are Like

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
  • Proficient in using AI tools to accelerate analysis, content, reporting, and marketing workflows.
  • Strong in data analysis and insight generation. Comfortable pulling data, running cohort and funnel analyses, and turning numbers into clear recommendations. Working knowledge of SQL is expected.
  • Hands-on experience designing and running A/B, split, and multivariate tests end-to-end.
  • Some experience with affiliate or partnership marketing. Familiar with how partner programs work and how they tie to revenue.
  • Solid understanding of the SaaS business model and the PLG motion, including trial-to-paid mechanics, activation, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, and payback.
  • Good grasp of GTM and how product, marketing, and partnerships fit together.
  • Proficient in GA4, Mixpanel, GTM, and Metabase. Understands tracking and attribution setups, even if not implementing them.
  • Self-starter who can take a vague problem, scope it, dig in, and come back with answers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator. Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
